"IBYP is very informative and honest. Back in the day, I was a frequent viewer of The Frugal Gourmet series and bought or was gifted many of his cookbooks. I am now feeling some buyers remorse for having supported him. I wish the process of getting it to play on my TV was a bit more intuitive. (Note: I am an experienced smartphone and computer user.)"

"This series thoroughly detailed Smith's knowledge and talents through the years. All the people interviewed, who worked with and for him, were very interesting. All in all the outcome is the same...he was a sexual predator who groomed and assaulted many young boys, paid them off with millions, and died of his own natural causes with no criminal charges ever brought against him. Sad and shameful."

"I really enjoyed this docuseries. I watch a lot of documentaries. I was particularly interested in this one due to it's topic. I thought that there were many thought provoking moments in this series. In addition, I learned quite a bit of new information I was unaware of. It would be nice to see this series available on a popular streaming service."

"I just watched it for a second time. I'm the kind of guy who does that - I find I pick up more details when I re-watch. Anyway - this doc was excellent telling the story very thoroughly. Both sides (if there are 2 sides) were presented. It was interesting to see the apologists juxtaposed with the victim advocates and news reporters. This is a quality production worthy of major studio release. The streaming platform worked flawlessly and being able to call it up when/where I wanted to watch it: A+++ I thought the price - comparable to a smashburger and Pepsi - was very reasonable."

"Well researched and presented with a wide array of interview subjects; I especially appreciated the interviews with relevant experts about some of the dynamics of power and social contract that we see emerge throughout the story told. I agree with many reviewers that the pacing was exceptionally slow, there were a few moments that felt like they were drug out needlessly, but in spite of that I found this a strong documentary and was glad to have watched it."
